不同材质包装箱对‘拉宾斯’甜樱桃采后品质的影响研究

摘要:

为探究在不同贮藏温度下不同包装箱对‘拉宾斯’甜樱桃果实品质的影响,以‘拉宾斯’甜樱桃为试材,检测了七种常用包装箱在常温(26±2℃)贮藏8 d和低温(0±1℃)贮藏12 d后果实品质的变化,并对其品质指标变化进行趋势描述、相关性分析和主成分分析。结果表明,在供试包装贮藏条件下,失重率、果实硬度和果柄拉力在常温贮藏8 d和低温贮藏12 d后均发生较大变化,固酸比在常温贮藏条件下变化显著。相关性分析发现,果柄长度与果柄直径、果柄拉力均呈正相关,果柄直径与果实硬度呈负相关。主成分分析表明,在常温贮藏8 d后和低温贮藏12 d后各提取了3个主成分,累计方差贡献率分别达到83.35%和84.01%。主成分分析综合评价结果显示,聚苯乙烯包装箱在常温和低温贮藏下的综合得分分别为1.02和0.89,因此可作为‘拉宾斯’甜樱桃物流包装的最佳选择。

Abstract:

To investigate the effects of different packaging boxes and storage temperatures on the fruit quality of'Lapins' sweet cherry, changes in fruit quality were assessed after 8 days of ambient storage(26±2 ℃) and 12 days of low-temperature storage(0 ±1 ℃) using seven commercial packaging boxes. Descriptive analysis,correlation analysis, and principal component analysis(PCA) were performed. The results showed that the weight loss rate, fruit hardness and stem tensile force changed significantly after 8 days of storage at room temperature and 12 days of storage at low temperature. In addition, the solid acid ratio also changed significantly under room temperature storage conditions. Correlation analysis revealed that stem length was positively correlated with both stem diameter and stem tensile force, while stem diameter was negatively correlated with fruit firmness. PCA extracted three principal components for both ambient storage(8 days) and low-temperature storage(12 days), with cumulative variance contribution rates reaching 83.35% and 84.01%,respectively. The comprehensive evaluation based on PCA showed that the expanded polystyrene(EPS) foam box achieved the highest comprehensive score(F) of 1.02 under ambient storage and 0.89 under lowtemperature storage. Therefore, the EPS foam box was recommended as the optimal packaging choice for the logistics of'Lapins' sweet cherry.
